For June and July 2022, I am offering significantly discounted health coaching to people who work with me on the ‘My Healthy Lifestyle’ 12 week coaching programme. This programme is personalised totally towards your health goals, where I guide you to make changes to lifestyle behaviours that are impacting your health.
The programme focuses on improving your brain health, so covers a range of aspects of health behaviours that are known to have an impact on your brain. You will learn more about lifestyle and health, brain health as well as how you can make changes to your behaviours yourself. After 12 weeks you will definitely notice better health. We will take some measures before and after the programme which will enable you to see that your health has improved and that you are on your way to living a brain healthy lifestyle.
If you sign up at the discounted rate, you will provide feedback about the programme, as well as consent for parts of sessions to be recorded. I am studying advanced Behaviour Change skills at the University of Canterbury as part of my Masters in Health Science. Part of the course is to provide audio recordings for my assessments. These will be totally confidential between myself and my course coordinator.
You will still experience the same fantastic experience and get the same health benefits as if you were paying full price. It is the very same programme that clients are engaging with already but if you sign up in June and July, you can experience this for a third of the price.
